COVID-19 Updates


We’re Open

As the coronavirus pandemic continues to affect our lives, the safety of our customers and our team remains our top priority. With new guidelines in place, our team remains on hand to help support storage and parking bookings. 

We’ll be updating this page to make sure our Guests and Hosts get the latest advice on how to continue using Stashbee safely, so you can check back here for the latest updates.

COVID-19 Safety

Check our safety tips to make sure you're doing everything you can to keep your bookings safe.

 Arrange a virtual viewing

Ask your Host or Guest to jump on a Facetime or Skype call so they can show you around the space without having to meet in person.

Get help with transport

We can arrange the safe pick up and drop off of your stuff so that you don’t have to leave your home or use public transport.

Keep your distance

If you do have to visit a space, stay safe by wearing a mask and keeping a 2m distance from anyone not from your household.

Booking flexibility

You can always move your booking start date if you need to change your plans unexpectedly. 

Remote key handover

You can use KeyNest to safely hand over the key to the space without having to meet up in person.

Additional cleaning

Take extra care to clean and sanitise your stuff and the space before and after the booking starts.

Cancellations & Refunds

We get that the pandemic may cause your plans to change unexpectedly, so we've updated our Cancellation Policy to give you more flexibility. You can now cancel a Confirmed booking outside of the usual Cooling Off period if the cancellation is a result of COVID-19 restrictions. You might need to give us a piece of evidence to confirm the cause of the cancellation.
