 Getting a Request

Once your listing is live on the search map, verified Guests will be able to send you booking requests. You’ll be notified when you get a request, so keep an eye on your emails. 

When you have a request, you can choose to accept or decline it. The request will expire after 24 hours, so make sure you respond in time. You’ll also have to verify your identity before you can accept a booking request. 

 Connecting with Guests

Accepting a booking request will connect you with your Guest. This is your time to help the Guest decide if the space is right, so we’ll share  your contact details and the address of the space with them. 

Tips for helping a Guest decide if the space is right: 
  1. Promptly answer any questions they might have
  1. Ask them if they want to view the space
  1. Make sure you can provide access at the right times

As soon as your Guest decides if the space is right, they can confirm their booking by putting down a deposit. This will secure the booking and take your listing off the map to prevent anybody else from booking it.

If you or your Guest decide you don't want to go ahead with the booking, you need to make sure the booking is cancelled at least 2 days before the booking start date. You can cancel a booking directly from your booking dashboard
