If you do have to visit a space, stay safe by wearing a mask and keeping a 2m distance from anyone not from your household.
You can always move your booking start date if you need to change your plans unexpectedly.
You can use KeyNest to safely hand over the key to the space without having to meet up in person.

Setting Your Monthly Rental
Your monthly rental is the full price a Guest will pay if they book your space. The monthly rental includes your earnings, our service fee and VAT. We’ll calculate your earnings based on the monthly rental price that you select when listing your space.
Our service fee is a percentage of the amount your Guest pays. The fee helps us provide 7-days-a-week support and a legal framework for your bookings, as well as Guest verification and insurance, late payment handling, and end-to-end payment processing.
