We ask Stashbee Hosts to verify their account and add their bank account details before they can take bookings and receive payments.

Verifying your account will involve a secure check of an identity document. Our ID checks are run by our partners Onfido, and we don't store identity documents on our servers.
Verifying your Phone Number
We ask Stashbee Hosts to verify their phone number before they can receive bookings. This is to ensure Guests can get in touch with you when they book your space. We may also need to contact you from time to time regarding your listing or any bookings you may have.
Having a verified number also builds trust with potential Guests, making it more likely to get a booking enquiry.
