If you want to cancel a booking that you’ve already accepted, the rules around cancellation will depend on the status of your booking.

You can view the status of your booking in your booking dashboard.


Cancelling When You're Connected

You can cancel an unconfirmed booking directly from your dashboard up until 2 days before the start date. 

Bookings can’t be cancelled the day before the start date. If you do need to cancel the day before, you have to give notice to end the booking. 

 Remember: If you’ve accepted an instant booking, you won’t be able to cancel.

Cancelling a Confirmed Booking

If your booking has been confirmed but you’re no longer able to take it, you can cancel up until 2 days before the start date. 

Bookings can’t be cancelled the day before the start date. If you do need to cancel the day before, you have to give notice to end the booking. 

Last minute cancellations can be pretty disruptive for our Guests, so we’ll ask you to provide a reason for the cancellation.

 Remember: If you cancel multiple confirmed bookings, we might have to take your listing down.
