Ask your Host or Guest to jump on a Facetime or Skype call so they can show you around the space without having to meet in person.
We can arrange the safe pick up and drop off of your stuff so that you don’t have to leave your home or use public transport.
If you do have to visit a space, stay safe by wearing a mask and keeping a 2m distance from anyone not from your household.
You can always move your booking start date if you need to change your plans unexpectedly.
You can use KeyNest to safely hand over the key to the space without having to meet up in person.
Take extra care to clean and sanitise your stuff and the space before and after the booking starts.

Getting a Booking Request
When a Guest puts down a payment for your space, that changes an enquiry into a booking request. When you receive a request, you can choose to accept or decline it.
The request will expire after 24 hours, so make sure you respond in time. Once you accept, the booking is confirmed, and the Guest can start using the space from the booking start date.
If you can no longer take a confirmed booking, you can cancel up until the day before its start date. Last-minute cancellations can be disruptive to Guests, so be mindful of that when cancelling.

One of the best ways to sell your space is to make a potential Guest feel welcome.
If after chatting to the Guest you’re happy to go ahead with a booking, you can encourage them to take the space by inviting them to book.
Inviting to book is the same as accepting a booking request before the Guest has even made one. We’ll let the Guest know about your invitation, and as soon as they put down a deposit, the booking will be confirmed.
Move-in Checklist
Once your booking is confirmed, we ask the Guest to complete a few extra steps before they can move into your space and start their booking.
