Ask your Host or Guest to jump on a Facetime or Skype call so they can show you around the space without having to meet in person.
We can arrange the safe pick up and drop off of your stuff so that you don’t have to leave your home or use public transport.
If you do have to visit a space, stay safe by wearing a mask and keeping a 2m distance from anyone not from your household.
You can always move your booking start date if you need to change your plans unexpectedly.
You can use KeyNest to safely hand over the key to the space without having to meet up in person.
Take extra care to clean and sanitise your stuff and the space before and after the booking starts.
You can cancel an enquiry at any time before it becomes a confirmed booking. Your enquiry can be cancelled directly from your booking dashboard.
Cancelling a Confirmed Booking
If your booking has been confirmed but you’re no longer able to take it, you can cancel up until 11:59 PM on the start date.
Confirmed bookings can’t be cancelled after their start date. If you do need to cancel after the start date, you will need to give notice to end the booking.
Last-minute cancellations can be pretty disruptive for our Guests, so we’ll ask you to provide a reason for the cancellation.
