All our bookings work on a monthly rolling contract, so either you or your Guest will need to give notice to end the booking.
Once the booking reaches your minimum rental period, your Guest can serve notice to end the booking. The notice period for Guests is usually 1 month, but you can increase this within your listing. Your Guest can serve notice directly from their booking dashboard, and you’ll be notified straight away.
If the booking end date falls outside of the typical monthly rental period, we’ll calculate the final payment on a pro-rata basis. We’ll let you know how much your final payout will be as soon as your Guest serves notice.
If you want to end the booking, you need to give your Guest at least 2 months’ notice. You can get in touch with us directly to do this, and we’ll make sure your Guest is notified straight away.
