Ask your Host or Guest to jump on a Facetime or Skype call so they can show you around the space without having to meet in person.
We can arrange the safe pick up and drop off of your stuff so that you don’t have to leave your home or use public transport.
If you do have to visit a space, stay safe by wearing a mask and keeping a 2m distance from anyone not from your household.
You can always move your booking start date if you need to change your plans unexpectedly.
You can use KeyNest to safely hand over the key to the space without having to meet up in person.
Take extra care to clean and sanitise your stuff and the space before and after the booking starts.
Paying through Stashbee ensures your booking is covered by our Guest Insurance, Booking Terms and Cancellations and Refunds policy.
We're unable to protect any payments that take place outside of Stashbee, and you won’t be able to make a claim against our Guest Insurance if something goes wrong.
Our Cancellations & Refunds Policy only applies to bookings that are paid for through Stashbee.
Payments are managed through our secure, cashless payment provider Stripe. We don’t store your payment details on our server, and we’ll never share your details with anybody else.
If you did pay for your booking outside of Stashbee, you wouldn’t be covered by our Terms and Conditions. You should let us know straight away if this happens.
