Ask your Host or Guest to jump on a Facetime or Skype call so they can show you around the space without having to meet in person.
We can arrange the safe pick up and drop off of your stuff so that you don’t have to leave your home or use public transport.
If you do have to visit a space, stay safe by wearing a mask and keeping a 2m distance from anyone not from your household.
You can always move your booking start date if you need to change your plans unexpectedly.
You can use KeyNest to safely hand over the key to the space without having to meet up in person.
Take extra care to clean and sanitise your stuff and the space before and after the booking starts.

Transacting through Stashbee ensures you’re protected by our Host Guarantee, Booking Terms and Cancellations and Refunds policy.
We’re not able to protect your payments if your Guest pays for their booking outside of Stashbee, and our Cancellations and Refunds Policy only applies to bookings that are confirmed and paid through Stashbee.
Payments are managed through our secure, cashless payment provider Stripe. We don’t store your payment details on our server, and we’ll never share your details with anybody else.
If you did receive money outside of Stashbee, your booking won’t be protected by our Terms and Conditions. You should let us know straight away if this happens.
