Application

These Referral Program Terms set out the terms on which we intend to pay you fees for referring new users to Stashbee. They apply to you as soon as you first use the Website, and you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by them upon your first use of the Website. If you do not wish to continue to be bound by these Terms, please stop using the Website now.

Relationship to Other Agreements

In addition to these Referral Program Terms, the Stashbee Terms and Conditions apply to you and everyone else who uses the Website. A Privacy Policy also sets out details of how your personal data will be used.

Structure of Referral Fees

From time to time, we may have in place arrangements by which we pay you referral fees (“Referral Fees”) for referring Users to Stashbee (“Referral Program”).

Currently, we have one type of referral fee arrangement in place:

1. Referral Fees that we pay when you (“Referring Hosts”) refer first time Storage Hosts (“Referred Hosts”) who create listings and successfully accepts an eligible booking. An “Accepted” booking is a booking that is accepted by the Referred Host and paid for by the Storage Guest and which is not cancelled by either the Storage Guest or the Referred Host at any time before or one month after the confirmed move-in. An "Elible" booking is a booking with a monthly value of over £60.

Referred Hosts who have signed up using a valid referral link will receive £50 to the payout method designated in the Users’ payment dashboard one month after the confirmed move-in date of their first Accepted booking. Referred Hosts will be attributed upon the most recent Referring Hosts’ invite.

Referring Hosts will receive a £50 Referral Fee to the payout method designated in the Users’ payment dashboard one month after the the confirmed move-in date of the Referred Hosts' first Accepted booking.

To participate, Referring Hosts must agree to these Referral Program Terms. The Program may not be combined with other Stashbee referral programs or incentives. When you refer a Referred Host, the Host will see your Stashbee listing and profile on the landing page for your Referral Link.

Exceptions

Our Referral Program is intended to encourage you to refer genuinely new Users to Stashbee. We therefore reserve the right to refuse to pay referral fees for listings created by current or former Stashbee Storage Hosts, or for bookings made by family or friends of the Referred Host, or for bookings where either the Referred Host or the Referred Host's listing has the same address as you. It may also include other relationships where we believe that payment of referral fees would not be consistent with the purpose of this system.

We also reserve the right to refuse to pay referral fees in instances where we believe you may have abused the referral fee system, including but not limited to posting your referral code on any public forums or communities or distributing your referral code in connection with the marketing of a campaign on the Stashbee platform.

Whether a payout is due shall be a decision made in the sole discretion of Stashbee. Stashbee reserves the right to any remedy, including denial of payout or cancellation of your account, if fraud, tampering or other violations of Stashbee’s Terms and Conditions or these Referral Program Terms are suspected.

Termination

Stashbee may terminate your participation in the Referral Program at any time, for any reason or no reason. The rights and obligations of the parties under these Referral Program Terms will survive the expiration or termination of this agreement.

Use of the Dashboard

You agree that you will not use the referral dashboard for any purpose other than tracking your own progress and the progress of others in your geographic area. You will respect the privacy of others and comply with applicable laws.

Severability

We have made every effort to ensure that these Referral Fee Terms adhere strictly with the relevant provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and other applicable laws. However, in the event that any of these provisions are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that provision is to be deemed severed from these Referral Fee Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Referral Fee Terms. This clause on "Severability" shall apply only within jurisdictions where a particular term is illegal.

No Waiver

In the event that either you or we fail to exercise any right or remedy contained in these Referral Program Terms, that does not mean you or we (as applicable) have waived that right or remedy and so shall not be construed as a waiver.

Revisions

From time to time we may update these Referral Program Terms to take account of changes in the law or for any other reason. If we update these Referral Program Terms, we will post a new version on the Website, and as soon as you use the Website after they are posted, you will be deemed to have agreed to the updated version, but you will still be bound by the terms of any previous versions to which you have agreed or been deemed to agree. If there is a conflict between two versions of the Referral Program Terms to which you have agreed or been deemed to agree, the more recent version shall take precedence unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
