Great double garage available to rent for storage of car, motorbike, household goods, business storage, boxes and small items. The garage is situated in a nice quiet, residential neighbourhood.

Some of my own storage is in the space, however (as seen in the photos), however there is plenty of space available for your own storage and will not be interfered with.)

Usage: This garage should be used for storage, however dependent on what kind of work you need to carry out, we will consider workspace use as long as it is kept to a minimum. N

NOT SUITABLE FOR COMMERCIAL USE, MECHANIC, OR CAR DETAILING

Access: There are two doors - the main large garage door, and the smaller, single door.
Please note that both of these can only be opened from the inside. The large garage door is electric and there is a button inside the garage where we can open this for you. The smaller door has a key which can only be opened from the inside.

My wife works from home and is pretty much always around to provide access for you. There should be few issues with access.

Minimum rental: 3 months
