Fantastic spare room on the 1st floor of my house which is perfect for long term storage. It is a nice large spare room which is clean and dry.
This space is really only suitable for boxes and small furniture. Due to the access through the staircase it is not really suitable large, bulky furniture e.g. sofas and beds.
I am happy to let you in to access your stuff as a when needed however this is not the right space for you if you need daily / weekly access.
