Access is permitted with prior notice during working hours, however the space is really best suited to storage for Guests who prefer to drop-off their items and access the space occasionally rather than in and out every day. Good space for miscellaneous business storage such as files, archive storage.

Please note that the space will be cleared prior to move-in. You have the option of using or removing the racking.

The warehouse space is protected with grade 3 security with police & fire monitoring 24/7 and is manned during regular working hours 10-5:30pm.

Bus ride (263) or 15mins Walk from East Finchley Station (Northern Line). 17mins from Kings Cross.

We also consider co-work space as we do have a fully serviced office, so please get in touch if you wish to make an enquiry.

Take deliveries on clients behalf - Small items Free / £12 per pallet + restricted up to 7 ton lorry with tail lift
Package items and send to any location in the UK/Europe
Pallet storage £10-15 per pallet per week depending on size / Pick & Pack
Restricted goods such as liquids/combustible materials will not be accepted/rejected.
