On renting the space I will provide a combination to the key safe to obtain the key and therefore get entry to the garage.
You must park the car in the garage to avoid it being in the way of the residents in this block of flats. The garage is suitable for most cars, although the smaller the better.
The nearest station (Harold Wood) is on the mainline to London Liverpool street. To walk to the station it takes 9mins and the train from Harold Wood to London Liverpool Street takes 28mins.
