This unit is never accessed without my presence, so please do not make independent access enquiries. I live 3 minutes from the unit, so most urgent or short notice access requests are easy to accommodate.

There is vehicle access to immediately in front of the unit, so dropping off and picking up heavier items is a breeze... but, vehicle clearance height is no more than 1.9m. So pls make sure any van is not too big to drive into the lockup area.

Living so close by to the unit, I can accommodate most hosting requests including: viewings, helping you move stuff in, short notice access, peace-𝗈𝖿-mind video evidence property checks, helping move out. etc... but obviously I'm not going to derail prior commitments (or necessary sleep/holidays) in order to accommodate non-emergency request.
