The flat with the spare room has a raised ground floor, so it is very hard for criminals to break into through windows. Door is double locked. 2 tenants live inside the flat, one working from home so there is almost always someone in the flat. Neighbours live above and below flat, so a secure and safe community.

I will be willing to help as a Host, including helping with move-in, and I will be living at the space at all times.
