James' Shed to Rent for Storage in St Albans
Large, powered, alarmed, secure garage/shed. Large asymmetrical double door entrance, with double locking mechanism. Can be heated. High level shelving along both sides. in a safe, very low crime area. Only accessible from the front, due to large overgrown embankment to the rear. Direct access can be made through an easement to access the garden/shed for the client (meaning no issue in accessing belongings and/or logistical issues moving items through the house) - however this would require prior arrangement as the neighbors both have dogs which are frequently outside (work as good guard dogs so it's more pro than con). A person will be in the house at all times with a view of the shed. It is also alarmed, with a feed to multiple alarm controls accessible from all parts of the house. There are storage boxes available for use if needed (pictured). The shed shows space largely filled in pictures however this storage will be vacated by the end of the month.
