Kate's Parking Space to Rent in Mitcham

I have a garage at the back of my property which is almost entirely empty. There is shelving across one wall that we use to store garden items and the washer and dryer but the rest is clear. There is private access to the garage via an alleyway. The alleyway has a locked gate and the garage door locks as well.

The keys to the alleyway are only provided 2 property owners so I am unable to share a copy of a key, but I work from home and I'm happy to let you in whenever required.
