Our garage is hidden from the road by our beech hedge for privacy, but you can access it via our driveway and if you are using it to store a car (which we think is the best option for this space) then we can move our cars to allow you to drive in. This adds extra protection for a car that you want to leave over the Winter as it cannot be taken without both of our cars being moved (one of which is almost permanently on the drive). It measures 4.5M by 4.6M wide/deep and 2M tall, but the door opening is 205cms High by 190cms wide, so suitable for smaller cars.

There is electricity in the form of lights and sockets, but usage of these would need to be by prior agreement as we leave the electricity off to this space.

There is a bolt on the door that you can put a padlock on, and as per the description you have the added security of the space being hidden from the road and our cars blocking the route out (if you are storing a car that is).

We live in a nice, quiet area with a very good community watch scheme.

I work from home most days so will be on hand to help on most occasions, our ideal tenant would be someone who wants to store a car during the winter and doesn't need to access the space regularly. We would consider alternative items being stored but they would need to be discussed first, we will not accept any food, firearms or of course anything that is not completely above board.
