The Story So Far…

Stashbee was founded in 2017 with a single goal - to be the place for space. From storing items to parking cars, our mission is to put the world’s unused space to good use. From vacant garages and parking spaces to sheds and spare rooms, we connect those in need of space to those who have space to spare.

Fast forward five years, and we’ve become the UK’s fourth-largest storage provider, with over 2 million square feet of space up for rent from our reputable Hosts across the country. And we believe that a great deal of our success comes from being completely transparent and trustworthy - we run verification checks on all of our Hosts, manage all payments securely and offer customer support 7 days a week. Simply put, we’re here to make finding space simple for our Renters, as well as making it easier for our Hosts to put their empty space to good use - and helping them earn a bit of extra cash along the way.

What’s New About Stashbee?

We’re proud of the reputation that we’ve built in the last half-decade, but we couldn’t have achieved any of our success without our loyal and ever-growing base of Renters and Hosts. Stashbee may have begun life as a start-up (and we still are!), but with all of this experience under our belts, we’ve managed to grow our business in terms of both how many people rely on our services and how much space we have to offer.

That also means that we’re constantly developing our understanding of the unique issues that our Hosts and Renters face, especially when it comes to the life challenges that have led them to us.

We’ve seen people move in, move out and move up, and been there for them when they needed us most. But that also means that we’re constantly changing what we do to meet those needs. Our community is what helps us improve our services, and we’ve listened to what our Hosts and Renters want from us, and made us better at what we do. As our community has grown, so has Stashbee.

Our new website

You may be used to the old Stashbee website, but you let us know a few things you’d like to see improved about it, and we’ve been happy to take that on board. First, and most importantly, we’ve made the site more user-friendly, giving it a redesign that puts our customers where they belong - at the forefront of what we’re doing. Finding your way around should be a little more straightforward, which means it’ll be easier to secure the storage you need as quickly as possible.

What’s more, we’ve also played around with the design of the Stashbee site, bringing parking and storage to life in exciting new ways. Not only do we think it looks better than ever, but it should help us give our Hosts and Renters a better Stashbee experience overall.

What’s Important to Us

For all of the changes we’ve made, the majority of what Stashbee does on a day-to-day basis remains the same. No one needs to re-register their account or amend any details and, most importantly, we’re still dedicated to giving you the best quality service we can provide.

If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the last five years, it’s that people need space. That’s why we’re more committed than ever to creating a community that can help to match those looking for somewhere to store their stuff or park their car with people who have that space to spare.

But we don’t take this responsibility lightly, and we’ve also come to realise that people need that space for a huge variety of reasons. Life can change fast, and whether you’re moving in, moving on, or moving up in the world, that extra space can go a long way. And as a service designed to bring people together over their shared space, we want Stashbee to be the first thing you think of when you’ve got room to spare, or are in need of short- or long-term storage, fast.

From garages & car parks, to sheds and shipping containers, we help our community connect to make the space work for them. All they have to worry about is getting more from their space, with all of the bookings, payments and insurance taken care of by us.
