Halfords EV Charging Promotion

Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised and hosted by Halfords Limited (“Halfords”).
2. The Promotion is open between 12.01am on 15th March 2022 and 23:59 pm on 21st February 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).  
3. The Promotion is open to customers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, who have purchased a Halfords / Boxt EV charging solution, and who rent out their driveway on stashbee.com.
4. By participating in the Promotion, a customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promotion entitles customers to £30 off the online price of any products purchased on halfords.com or halfords.ie. 
5. To apply for a code, customers who purchase a Halfords / Boxt EV charging solution must:
   • Rent out their EV charger equipped driveway on stashbee.com.
   • They must then email a copy of their Halfords x Boxt EV charger receipt to support@stashbee.com.
   • The Stashbee team will verify the receipt before emailing back a unique discount code (the “Discount Code”) to the customer.
6. The number of Discount Codes is limited and available on a first come first served basis.
7. Customers must enter the Discount Code at Halfords’ online checkout to receive the £30 discount. 
8. Each customer is entitled to one Discount Code, which may only be used in one transaction. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, colleague discount, trade card or exchanged for cash. 
9. The £30 discount may be applied to all products and services sold by Halfords and Halfords Autocentres Limited, excluding: gift cards, car parts fulfilled by car parts express, Tyresonthedrive.com, Mcconechys.co.uk or any other affiliate of Halfords.    
10. The Promotion is only available at www.halfords.com / www.halfords.ie and is not redeemable in retail stores or garages.
11. The Discount Code expires at 23:59pm on 21st February 2024.  
12. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid. 
13. No cash alternative will be offered. 
14. Any personal data relating to customers will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will only be used to administer this Promotion, unless consent is provided otherwise.
