Promotion Terms and Conditions

These Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, the “User”, the “Host” or the “Renter”) and Stashbee Ltd, whose registered company number is 09950111 (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”) which governs your use of this website (the “Website”) and our services.
Application
These Promotion Terms set out the terms on which we intend to pay you fees for participating in promotional campaigns. By registering your details with the Website and using any Stashbee services, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Promotion Terms. If you do not wish to continue to be bound by the Terms, you must not use the Website.
Relationship to Other Agreements
In addition to these Promotion Terms, the Stashbee Terms and Conditions apply to you and everyone else who uses the Website. A Privacy Policy also sets out details of how your personal data will be used.
Structure of Promotion Fees
From time to time, we may have in place arrangements by which we pay you fees (“Promotion Fees”) or give you credit towards Stashbee bookings (“Promotion Credit”) for participating in promotional campaigns.
Currently, we have the following promotion arrangements in place:
Earn £25 when you list your space
We will pay you a one-off £25 bonus provided that:
- You sign up as a Host (“New Host”) and publish listing on the Website;
- You sign up by using a valid link from one of our affiliate partners;
- The Monthly Rental value of your listing is £60 or higher;
- Your listing is deemed to be genuine following a quality review by our team; and
- You add and verify your bank details on the platform (this allows us to process your payout).
The £25 will be paid out to the bank account designated in your User Dashboard within 3-7 days of your listing being published on the Website. Each New Host is eligible for a maximum of one £25 payout regardless of how many listings they publish.
To participate, New Hosts must agree to these Promotional Terms. The promotion may not be combined with other Stashbee promotions.
Book any Stashbee space, get £20 off
We will apply £20 credit to any booking provided that:
- You sign up as a Renter (“New Renter”) and book any space on Stashbee;
- You sign up by using a valid link from one of our affiliate partners; and
- Your continue your booking until the Host has received at least one rental payout in line with our Terms and Conditions.
The £20 credit will be deducted from the first booking payment directly at checkout. Each New Renter is eligible for a maximum of one £20-credit regardless of how many bookings they make.
To participate, New Renters must agree to these Promotional Terms. The promotion may not be combined with other Stashbee promotions.
Exceptions
Our promotions are intended to encourage genuinely new Users to Stashbee. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse to pay Promotion Fees for listings created by current or former Stashbee Hosts, or for bookings made by family or friends of the New Host, or for bookings where the New Host has the same address as the Renter. Exceptions may also include other relationships where we believe that payment of Promotion Fees would not be consistent with the purpose of this system.
We also reserve the right to refuse to pay Promotion Fees or award you Promotion Credit in instances where we believe you may have abused the promotional campaign, including but not limited to posting promotional codes on any public forums or communities, or distributing promotional codes in connection with the marketing of a campaign on the Stashbee platform.
Whether a payout or booking credit is due shall be a decision made in the sole discretion of Stashbee. Stashbee reserves the right to any remedy, including denial of payout or cancellation of your account, if fraud, tampering or other violations of Stashbee’s Terms and Conditions or these Promotion Terms are suspected.
Severability
We have made every effort to ensure that these Promotion Terms adhere strictly with the relevant provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and other applicable laws. However, in the event that any of these provisions are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that provision is to be deemed severed from these Promotion Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Promotion Terms. This clause on "Severability" shall apply only within jurisdictions where a particular term is illegal.
No Waiver
In the event that either you or we fail to exercise any right or remedy contained in these Promotion Terms, that does not mean you or we (as applicable) have waived that right or remedy, and so shall not be construed as a waiver.
Revisions
From time to time, we may update these Promotion Terms to take account of changes in the law or for any other reason. If we update these Promotion Terms, we will post a new version on the Website, and as soon as you use the Website after they are posted, you will be deemed to have agreed to the updated version, but you will still be bound by the terms of any previous versions to which you have agreed or been deemed to agree. If there is a conflict between two versions of the Promotion Terms to which you have agreed or been deemed to agree, the more recent version shall take precedence unless it is expressly stated otherwise.

Choice of Law
These Promotion Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Jurisdiction
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that if you want to bring a legal action against us, or we want to bring a legal action against you, it must be done in one of these courts.
