A fully boarded and spacious loft space that you can easily stand up in.
Access is through a 600mm wide loft hatch.
The roof has recently been replaced with no leaks. Some boxes can be provided and taped if needed.
The house is secure and monitored with ring doorbell cameras
The loft is located in the roof of the house above the first floor.
We have a drive way that can accommodate most cars, and can be used upon request.
I’m happy to help with loading and unloading of any belongings.
Access to the loft can be gained on most weekends and some evenings 5-7pm
Host is using part of the space.
This space is on the first floor.
Host must be notified for access.
Host will grant access to the space.
