Large basement, can be split into smaller storage spaces, just off the Harrogate road for rent for storage of boxes, furniture and other items. Your belongings will be kept safe!
Access to the basement is via a set of stairs inside the house. I've had dining tables, trestle tables and armchairs stored down there, so it is possible to negotiate the stairs, just bear in mind the following measurements:
Entrance width: 73cm
Stairs width: 65cm
Stairs height: 180cm
Basement door: 60cm
The basement has a thick PVC floor covering for insulation and a radiator to keep it aired.
Minimum rental: 2 months
The basement is in the house, which is set behind a large stone wall and protected by a burglar alarm. I work from home (normally, not just during covid) so there is frequently someone in the house day and night.
The space is in Chapel Allerton, less than 3 miles from Leeds city centre.
As noted above, I'll be here most of the time and will supervise if anyone else is accessing the space.
It's for one renter.
This space is below ground level.
Host must be notified for access.
Host will grant access to the space.
