Spacious, secure and dry basement room available for storage of household goods, office equipment, boxes, and small items. The basement it accessed from our hallway.
The basement windows are protected by grills over the lightwells. Our front door has a 5 lever mortice dead lock.
Our house is very close to a main road and we have plenty of free parking outside the house at the front and back.
Host is using part of the space.
This space is below ground level.
