This is a brilliant, spacious Warehouse in Redbridge. Located between the M11, A406 and A12, there is easy access to all national and international transport links including European sea links, Stansted and City Airports.

The warehouse is fitted with large electric roller shutter doors and is within a large concrete yard for easy pick-up and drop offs.

CCTV is in operation at all times. The tenant will also have access to cloud security cameras with photo sensors fitted inside. The entire warehouse space is 4,561 sq foot internal space which is very secure, light and dry.

There are WC facilities for the exclusive use of the warehouse tenant.

This space is best suited to traditional business storage rather than manufacturing, however we will take creative and alternative requests into consideration. We will not accept commercial mechanic/car detailing requests and we are not able to facilitate the storage of perishables or chemicals.

The space is very flexible and will have electricity and water plumbed into the space. The following rental terms apply:

  • Minimum contract length 12 months
  • Deposit amount: 3 months rental deposit
  • Rent paid on a monthly basis
