Duncan's Basement to Rent for Storage in Beckenham

We can offer a large space in our basement. The basement is accessed by steps within our house, so it's as secure as the rest of our home.

There are barred windows. This space we're offering is about half of our basement. We use the rest of it to store camping equipment, tools, and boxes of items that we don't use.

We also use a chest freezer and a tumble dryer down there. Our gas and electricity meters are also down there.

The basement is dry but it is an underground room so items that are left down there for a long time might develop a musty smell unless they are stored in properly sealed containers.

The ceiling is quite low (probably about 6ft) so if you're tall you have to stoop. It would be hard to manoeuvre very large pieces of furniture down the stairs into the space. Having said that, we did get a large chest freezer down there.
