IT IS PRIVATE, SECURE ENTRY ONLY VIA ELECTRIC GATES OPERATED BY A FOB.
Larger Vehicles accepted, EXCLUDING Trucks, Large Vans and Caravans.
Note 1
In the event of loss whilst you are in possession of the Fob, there is a £50.00 replacement charge.

I cannot guarantee that the gates will be in working operation 24/7, so in the event of any damage to your vehicle, I as the car parking space owner will not be held liable for any damage, however this is a Private Residential Car Park and is not accessed by the general public.

If running late, then please contact me with an ETA to be available to let you into the car park. Any later than 60 mins may result in you not being able to gain entry but still being charged.
I am generally at home for most of the days and evenings so I am able to overlook the security of the vehicle periodically.

The space must be vacated by 10:00am if using for an overnight stay.

As soon as you’ve made payment and confirmed your booking, we’ll send you the exact address and instructions on accessing the space, including any permit or fob requirements.
Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking start date, and you’ll get a full refund.
After that, a £25 cancellation fee applies to Monthly bookings, and no refund is available for Hourly bookings. Read more here.
Once a Monthly booking has started, you must give 30 days’ notice to end it. You can do that directly from your booking dashboard.
Most of our listings have Google Street View enabled. If it’s available, we suggest you have a look to get a feel for the space and surrounding area.
Once you’ve confirmed your booking, you’ll be able to chat with the Host directly and arrange a viewing. While most Hosts are pretty responsive, please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.

A Monthly booking has no fixed duration. It automatically renews every month until you or the Host choose to end it by giving 30 days’ notice. Read more.
An Hourly booking has a fixed duration, which can be as short as 30 minutes. The booking automatically ends at the end time selected when you make the booking.
No, for security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our parking spaces. They are only suitable for parking or storing a vehicle.
