The gated are operated by an electric fob. The spaces in the car park are usually filled to about 20-30% of the car park's capacity because not a. lot of the residents use it so it's super quiet and there's not a lot of traffic.
It's located at the end of the Close which is just off of Cephas Street. It's located in the middle of a triangle between Stepney Green, Bethnal Green and Whitechapel (stations). the close is extremely quiet and hidden away and protected by a big space from the Milen End Road Business Park's car park so there's hardly no way to get to it from the business of that road but super well located in distance.
I've always meet first with anyone who has rented the space (most have rented it for 1-3 years) and then let them get on with it - but I'm always accessible via whatsap - I only had one incident when the gate had stopped working over 7 years but other than that never had issues. I'm also super flexible so just reach out and I'm sure I can accomodate any request / need you have.

As soon as you’ve made payment and confirmed your booking, we’ll send you the exact address and instructions on accessing the space, including any permit or fob requirements.
Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking start date, and you’ll get a full refund.
After that, a £25 cancellation fee applies to Monthly bookings, and no refund is available for Hourly bookings. Read more here.
Once a Monthly booking has started, you must give 30 days’ notice to end it. You can do that directly from your booking dashboard.
Most of our listings have Google Street View enabled. If it’s available, we suggest you have a look to get a feel for the space and surrounding area.
Once you’ve confirmed your booking, you’ll be able to chat with the Host directly and arrange a viewing. While most Hosts are pretty responsive, please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.

A Monthly booking has no fixed duration. It automatically renews every month until you or the Host choose to end it by giving 30 days’ notice. Read more.
An Hourly booking has a fixed duration, which can be as short as 30 minutes. The booking automatically ends at the end time selected when you make the booking.
No, for security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our parking spaces. They are only suitable for parking or storing a vehicle.
