My Spare room is located on the 2nd floor of a town house. I will initially help with any loading unloading.
The space has the following dimensions. 2.2M x 2.5M X 2.6M.
I have replaced the carpets and curtains and have recently made the room damp-proof and mould-free in readiness for renting out the storage space.
The storage space is well ventilated and well heated during the winter.
You will have access to the only key for the items once the space has been rented out.
There is a smoke alarm in the room and the house is completely secure with someone always present during the day and night.
The house is never left empty.
This particular space is suited to storing many boxes for online merchandise businesses such as eBay, Etsy, Amazon.
Access will require at least 24 hour notice.
We will ensure that the room is left undisturbed, your privacy is our priority.

Door will be locked from outside. You will have both sets of keys. The main house is always occupied and main doors are locked securely day and night.
7 minutes away from Barking Underground Station. Multiple bus locations at address. Very easy access.
We have hosted before. We are very welcoming and reasonable. We like to treat our tenants with respect and understanding.
It's for one renter.
This space is on the second floor.
Host must be notified for access.
