Safe & secure space which was ideally located for our needs. Entry required the car park manager to open the barrier screen for us. Emma was easy to contact, but it would have been helpful to know the access details and the allocated parking bay etc. before we arrived. I'd definitely use this again - Thank you.

A great place to park, thank you. Just tarnished by a couple of things: the photo of the parking place is incorrect for the lot we were allocated. This caused us to use the wrong barrier despite Emma's instructions - this is our fault too for believing a picture rather than words. However, a sentence to describe where the parking place was i.e. underground, would remove possible misunderstandings. When we returned to the car park to go home we could not get in to the lower parking area and wandered around looking for an entrance before the parking attendant, who was suspicious, came to help us. We should have contacted him immediately, which seems obvious now, but a note telling users to contact the parking attendant when returning to the car park would have made it much smoother. Thanks again. Peter.
