Jasmine's Spare Room to Rent for Storage in North London

Versatile storage or work space available in a spacious, airy, double bedroom with a lot of natural light originally set up for AirBnb. During Covid there is no AirBnb so I am happy to consider alternatives. This space is perfect for the storage of household goods, clothes, musical instruments and equipment, books, boxes and many other items. Furniture can easily be rearranged/bed part dismantled to create more floor space. A desk can be moved in if you have one and wish to work in here.

Shared bathroom. Microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster, TV, DVD player, CD player in the room should you require these for a work environment. Working obviously incur higher bills but happy to chat about any thoughts and requirements.

Cats live in the flat but are kept out of the room when rented. Weekly cleaning takes place. Keys give 24 hour access.
