Shop space of around 70 meters squared in a high street shop that is awaiting planning permission and building regs approval for modernisation. On offer is the front half of the shop.
The back half of the shop has a little water ingresss, so ideally needs someone to partition it off (we could come to some agreement over cost for this and would be happy to ay for this work). As there is water ingress, no electrics would be available. Also, the back door could do with either replacement, or repair, as it is also in a poor state, and a couple of glass windows could do with replacement. Again, we would be happy to cover the cost for replacement.
The space is currently empty and a key could be provided for access. We would require a delivery note for proof of what is being stored and would not hold any liability for damage, loss or theft etc for any items stored, so you would need to arrange your own insurance if necessary. The space is available immediately, and we would prefer someone to store items there asap, hence the low price.
We are flexible and would be open to any suggestions/proposals you might have.
