Dave's Parking Space to Rent in St Austell
The space is on a level plot with access straight off the street. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access on and off. There is a 15 minute walk to Crinnis Beach and an easy drive to all the local amenities.
I work from home so someone will be around most of the time.
The space can fit upto two motor-homes or touring caravans.
The site is ideal for winter storage, and is perfect for touring Cornwall in the spring/summer and its beautiful countryside. Once it is on site, you are already here and can drive away to enjoy all the South West has to offer, and drive the van back when your holidays are over.
The space is not serviced, but am happy to charge battery or similar so that you can start your holiday as soon as you drive down. You can keep your car on the drive if necessary whilst you are touring.

As soon as you’ve made payment and confirmed your booking, we’ll send you the exact address and instructions on accessing the space, including any permit or fob requirements.
Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking start date, and you’ll get a full refund.
After that, a £25 cancellation fee applies to Monthly bookings, and no refund is available for Hourly bookings. Read more here.
Once a Monthly booking has started, you must give 30 days’ notice to end it. You can do that directly from your booking dashboard.
Most of our listings have Google Street View enabled. If it’s available, we suggest you have a look to get a feel for the space and surrounding area.
Once you’ve confirmed your booking, you’ll be able to chat with the Host directly and arrange a viewing. While most Hosts are pretty responsive, please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.

A Monthly booking has no fixed duration. It automatically renews every month until you or the Host choose to end it by giving 30 days’ notice. Read more.
An Hourly booking has a fixed duration, which can be as short as 30 minutes. The booking automatically ends at the end time selected when you make the booking.
No, for security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our parking spaces. They are only suitable for parking or storing a vehicle.
