- Neighbors to the left and right of the property have many vehicles and bikes in their drives and have never had any issues with car or home security in the 6 years I have been living here.
- Within 1 minute walk of 2 cash machines and Tescos, as well Chinese, Indian, Fish & Chips and other shops
- 12 Minutes walk from Mottingham Station
- 18 Minutes walk from Eltham station
- 15 Minutes walk from Eltham high street and the multitude of shops there
- An almost private park across the road that overlooks the entire city. (See the photos)
I am home 27/7 as I work Remotely and have done for years, so your car is observed this whole time from the living room. I am also happy to answer as many questions as you wish pre booking and even once you are using the space.

As soon as you’ve made payment and confirmed your booking, we’ll send you the exact address and instructions on accessing the space, including any permit or fob requirements.
Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking start date, and you’ll get a full refund.
After that, a £25 cancellation fee applies to Monthly bookings, and no refund is available for Hourly bookings. Read more here.
Once a Monthly booking has started, you must give 30 days’ notice to end it. You can do that directly from your booking dashboard.
Most of our listings have Google Street View enabled. If it’s available, we suggest you have a look to get a feel for the space and surrounding area.
Once you’ve confirmed your booking, you’ll be able to chat with the Host directly and arrange a viewing. While most Hosts are pretty responsive, please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.

A Monthly booking has no fixed duration. It automatically renews every month until you or the Host choose to end it by giving 30 days’ notice. Read more.
An Hourly booking has a fixed duration, which can be as short as 30 minutes. The booking automatically ends at the end time selected when you make the booking.
No, for security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our parking spaces. They are only suitable for parking or storing a vehicle.
