Doors are lockable. Conservatory storage locks from both of the sides. And has entrance from the garden with double doors. So great of you want to store large furniture, as would easily fit through the door.
Located at the house. I am pretty much at home all the time as I have a 2 year old. As well as we do live in a very safe area, away from the main road.
I would be at space the whole time. I do have a husband who is able to carry and help with very heavy weights. As well as I ma always ready to help transporting any of these.
It's for one renter.
This space is at ground level.
