This is a well-insulated room, centrally heated and used for occasional guests at present. It also includes a sizable built-in wardrobe/cupboard with shelves. It has a carpeted floor (new carpet). It's a pet-free and smoke-free home. I intended to use it as a home office, but instead, I use the living area. I work from home full-time online.
The flat is fitted with smoke alarms and is only accessible with a key and fob.
There's frequent buses from a stop 3 minutes walk away to Edinburgh and Dundee, plus all the towns and villages on the way.
This space is in my home. I also work from home online so am here every day most of the day.
It's for one renter.
This space is on the second floor.
Host must be notified for access.
Host will provide you a key.
