Defoe Place is a very private and quiet and very close to Tooting High street, the famous Tooting markets, local shops, award winning restaurants, St George’s hospital, Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway underground stations and numerous bus routes. The property is accessible through an electronically secure private gate with a special code system. The parking space is spacious enough for a large car and is the 3rd parking space in a row of 5 spaces. The parking area is cleaned regularly and the area maintained by the residents and local gardener. The residents are friendly and welcoming to all guests.
The space is secured by a electronic gate operated by a digital code system. The space is not on view to the main road.
The space is located very close to Tooting High road with exceptional transport links by overground, underground and numerous bus routes to Wimbledon, Streatham, Balham, Wandsworth and Central London.
I am currently working from home two days a week so I would be available to answer any queries face to face and help in whatever way I can.

Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking start date, and you’ll get a full refund.
After that, a £25 cancellation fee applies to Monthly bookings, and no refund is available for Hourly bookings. Read more here.
Once a Monthly booking has started, you must give 30 days’ notice to end it. You can do that directly from your booking dashboard.
Most of our listings have Google Street View enabled. If it’s available, we suggest you have a look to get a feel for the space and surrounding area.

No, for security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our parking spaces. They are only suitable for parking or storing a vehicle.
