Situated on a neighbourly private residential street, the space is directly in front of our house- seldom is there a time when the house is unoccupied, meaning your vehicle will benefit from the added security and theft deterrent that our almost-continual presence provides. The space, and immediate vicinity, also benefits from full video coverage via our security system.
The location of our space is ideally situated for anyone looking to enjoy all that Southend has to offer, being a mere 42 second walk from the beautifully maintained, history-rich Priory Park and approximately 6 minute walk to Prittlewell train station, offering a regular direct service into the heart of Central London (journey times vary, approx 1 hour), with wider connecting services en route at Shenfield and Stratford. We are also located within close proximity of London Southend Airport, Southend Pier and Southend Hospital, all within easy walking distance.
The property is seldom unoccupied, but this space is offered on a self-parking basis. As hosts, we wish not to intrude and offer reasonable privacy for the duration of your vehicles stay.

Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking start date, and you’ll get a full refund.
After that, a £25 cancellation fee applies to Monthly bookings, and no refund is available for Hourly bookings. Read more here.
Once a Monthly booking has started, you must give 30 days’ notice to end it. You can do that directly from your booking dashboard.
Most of our listings have Google Street View enabled. If it’s available, we suggest you have a look to get a feel for the space and surrounding area.

No, for security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our parking spaces. They are only suitable for parking or storing a vehicle.
