This is a mezzanine platform and we are there every weekday from 10am until 4pm.
Easy access, and you can come in whenever you want as there is always somebody in the warehouse to let you in on a weekday.

One is a plain mezzanine level with no carpet or anything which is good for storage.
The other one is an office space upstairs on the other mezzanine level. Could be used as a workspace/office, or just a storage area.
You don't need to take both if one mezzanine is all you need.
The warehouse has heavy locking doors, and also a roller shutter.
There is an alarm, smoke alarms.
There's also a toilet under the kitchenette.
We are situated alongside the A1 (M), just nestled behind Topps Tiles.
Very easy to get to on the A1(M), near Stirling Corner.
It's for one renter.
This space is on the first floor.
Space can be used during specific hours.

I am the landlord of the warehouse, and we also happen to work in the warehouse right next door so would always be around to help if needed.
