Nicole's Spare Room to Rent for Storage in Penicuik
Safe, clean room to store anything you need - christmas decorations, camping gear, disassembled furniture, boxes of old things... We don't use our spare bedroom at the moment and we're happy to host! There's almost always someone home for you to access your things if you let us know in advance, either one of our family or a neighbour or cat sitter if we are away on holiday.
We are in a quiet neighbourhood and we always lock our doors.
Quiet neighbourhood at the top of a hill, easily accessible by car and easy to find.
We are home most days and when we are not home there will be a trusted person (neighbour or cat sitter) that comes to the house daily to check on our cats and our (and your!) belongings. Our spare room is upstairs, but we are happy for you to leave the items downstairs in our hall and we will then take it upstairs for you.
Host is using part of the space.
This space is on the first floor.
Host must be notified for access.
Host will grant access to the space.
