I live on a very quiet estate where nothing much really happens .For security I do have a camera on the front of my home and also covering our back garden . I have extensive room in my loft and also numerous places where I am very happy to store items for you .
2 cameras on my home ,1 covering the drive and 1 covering our back garden .
I am roughly 15 miles away from Birmingham and the road network is extensively covered by A roads and motorway .
With my home I am married and it is very rare that no 1 is at the home . The only time normally its unoccupied is usually when we go on holiday once a year .Other than that there is always someone at the home .
It's for one renter.
This space is on the second floor.
