Huge ground floor room measuring 15ft wide by 21ft long (will be empty apart from our chest freezer). Access room through the garage & double doors via the garden.
Fire doors, plenty of security, lighting and heating. Access pretty much at any time but would probably need 1-2hrs notice.

Locks on garage door and on all access doors. Side gate to garden is padlocked.
Bus stop right outside for buses into Croydon and Redhill. Short walk to Colonades on Purley Way.
House is occupied a lot of the time so should be no issues with access. We have a big drive so you'll be able to park a van or large car to drop off your items.
Host is using part of the space.
This space is at ground level.
Host must be notified for access.
Host will provide you a key.
