Owner of garage is homeowner in the private residence so easy access to landlord (ie me!) and no requirement for this space back, so prefer long term rent arrangement.
Private small residential building so off-main road. No additional gates/access but still extra layer of security.
Literally on the border (outside) ULEZ for max convenience and cost saving. Map is accurate and street view shows the driveway off the main road. Into the driveway is further round the back of the private residence block for the row of garages.
I’m the homeowner so easy access for any assistance. Do not require this space in the near future hence I’m happy to accommodate long term storage, or regular access parking space. Never had any issues with previous garage tenant (only 1 storage tenant) as the space is completely yours to use once rented.
