This is a large, converted attic room. There is a small staircase to get to the room so large or awkwardly-shaped pieces of furniture could not be stored up here.

There is the main floor space for storage of boxes, books etc. There is also additional loft space approximately a metre wide that runs the whole circumference of the room.

The large, converted attic room has a door that separates it from the rest of the house. This could be padlocked if required.

The property is a five minute walk from St James Street overground station and a ten minute walk from Walthamstow Queen's Road overground station and Walthamstow Central (Victoria line).

I live at the property so whatever is stored will always be secure. On occasions when I am away, the entire property will be securely locked.
