I live in the property but do not use the basement, it's wasted space and I only store some empty boxes in there currently and a few odds and ends. The space is as big as the house, so plenty of room. There isn't damp so your stuff will be safe.
I will be available most days as I WFH. But can agree to arrange access through my neighbour if I am not at the property e.g. meetings or annual leave, you will not be provided a key to come and go as you please but being a Northerner i'm honest and fair so your stuff will be safe and your privacy is of upmost importance.
Happy to provide you some much needed space. Also happy to negotiate on price.
Security lights and CCTV, several other features throughout the home to ensure valuables are safe. I am also a boxer, so consider me the doorman to the safety of your goods.
