Suitable for storing boxes, bags, suitcases, crates, bottles, tools, sports equipment, clothes, summer clothes, winter clothes or anything else measuring 0.75m x 0.75m or less.

Accessible only through my flat so very secure.

As the only tenant, the flat is only accessed by me and requires 3 keys to enter (main building door and a double locked flat door). Flat door is always double locked when i am not in.

The attic is dry and has a light. I can lend you a head torch if needed as well.

Located on top of my second floor flat.

Attic is accessed through a ladder and hatch measuring 0.75m x 0.75m so individual items must not exceed these dimensions (long items not a problem i.e. a 0.6m x 0.6m x 1.5m item or thin 1m x 1.5m would fit through the hatch).

I'll happily assist in bringing items up to my flat and up into the attic.

I work locally so am often out for the working day but at home in the evenings and weekends.
I work from home about once a week.

I occassionally travel for work, during which time i wont be able to let you into the flat. I therefore ask that existing renters give me advanced notice if they wish to access their items so i can make arrangements if i am not around.
