Once booked, please park your vehicle as far from the store entrance as possible. Detailed instructions will be provided after you make your booking.
Exclusions (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)
The parking spaces can be used for parking a vehicle only.
The parking space CANNOT be used for any of the following activities:
- Operating a car wash
- Operating a food track
- Using the space for any form of trading
- Parking a caravan, camper van or a motorhome
- Parking a commercial vehicle
- Displaying any form of advertising
In addition, the following vehicles are NOT authorised to park in the space:
- Vehicles registered as SORN
- Vehicles that are untaxed or without a valid MOT
- Vehicles without a valid insurance

As soon as you’ve made payment and confirmed your booking, we’ll send you the exact address and instructions on accessing the space, including any permit or fob requirements.
Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking start date, and you’ll get a full refund.
After that, a £25 cancellation fee applies to Monthly bookings, and no refund is available for Hourly bookings. Read more here.
Once a Monthly booking has started, you must give 30 days’ notice to end it. You can do that directly from your booking dashboard.
Most of our listings have Google Street View enabled. If it’s available, we suggest you have a look to get a feel for the space and surrounding area.
Once you’ve confirmed your booking, you’ll be able to chat with the Host directly and arrange a viewing. While most Hosts are pretty responsive, please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.

A Monthly booking has no fixed duration. It automatically renews every month until you or the Host choose to end it by giving 30 days’ notice. Read more.
An Hourly booking has a fixed duration, which can be as short as 30 minutes. The booking automatically ends at the end time selected when you make the booking.
No, for security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our parking spaces. They are only suitable for parking or storing a vehicle.
