This parking space is set within a dead end road, as part of a 'permit only' parking area for residents. There are neighbours all around. It is quiet, with no other traffic and many spaces to pick from according to your needs. The parking space is a 10 minute walk to the train station, the leisure park and to the city centre. There are two VOI stations and two bus stations within a minute walk from the parking space.
There are parking spaces under trees and some with no trees above. You are free to pick whatever space you like as long as it's not the spaces directly in front of the flats' doors.

There are neighbours all around this parking area, as well as street lighting and it's tucked away from the main road.
